I didn't knew they were proposing that activity this is fantastic, I'd love to do it....i like Deepa's frank choice (great pick) on the paper, and me if I was there I might have chosen to blend 60 % Bourbon, 30 % Sauternes & 10 % Rum casks...I'm really chuffed for you to have a bottle of your choice to bring back with you, that's awesome ! Will you dare to open it is another question though...I hope you will...Slainte !

I'm with Deepa, Springbank and Sauternes is absolute perfection. I still dream about that 11 year refill Sauternes sample I got from you a couple years ago. I saw that it actually popped up at auction a few months ago and had the sad realization that it will remain in my dreams.

Did you think to ask if you could buy a mixing kit? Then, Whisky Mystery Blended Malt of America would be you’re next venture. That and don’t forget the joint venture Woody’s Whisky Gums.
