SKIPS GUNZ did my SA Prodigy, I can’t tell you the day and night difference his work made on the pistol. He installed an egw ignition kit, atlas med trigger, shielded safeties, magwell, extended slide stop and tuned the trigger to perfection with his magic. Scott is the ONLY PERSON I WOULD EVER SEND A 2011 or 1911 platform for work. The customer service and all the communication to ensure I got what I wanted was top notch. The price was right and the turn around time was a week, he exceeded my expectations in ever way, thanks again Scott. GREAT LOOKING PISTOLS I definitely want to add a comp and I like really like the staccato grip module in this video….

I have the Holosun 508T on a C&H Precision aluminum mounting plate using stainless steel screws with blue loc-tite on my M&P 2.0 4.625 inch long quad ported barrel 10mm.

I just purchased a 4.25 prodigy over the weekend. I put 50 rounds through it. The closer to the end of the 50 the more the gun started to act up. Wouldn’t return to battery. 😢 if it wouldn’t be for the fact that your in NJ and I’m all the way down in VA I’d make a stop in and have a chat. Watching your videos on little odds and ends have let me look at stuff and try and make a game plan

I have a Springfield Armory on order & the only thing I want to change are the grip handles. Such a beautiful pistol but the stock handles ruin it for me. Can't wait to get it in my hand.

I'm on the fence about DSX or Plague but i want full tri top. i haven't noticed many, if any at all, 5 inch DSX converted slides with full tri top. i have a lightened V2 5", is there any limitation on what can be done to these because of the wall thickness?

Hey Skip, hope youre doing well. I was thinking of replacing the recoil spring on my prodigy and it seems you really like the 8lb springs, but what mainspring are you pairing it with? im sure you’re changing that out too right?

I am also looking to do something similar to this with my h-tac. I’ve heard stories of people cracking their locking blocks after a few hundred rounds, I’m curious if you have any insight on this, or know any ways that might be preventable, aside from lubricating

I love all of them but that 1st one is insane.... Where can I find.a brushed steel/stainless steel mag release and thumb safety? EGW and Atlas are always out of stock. Those are the 2 parts to complete my prodigy build.

All of those pistols are really awesome. Amazing work. I want them all. I have a rock island ultra tac 9mm that has a slide that is smoother than my staccato p model. It kinda bothers me. Any ideas on why /what I can do to fix that? Help😔

Do you know what the stock recoil spring is in a 5” prodigy. I need to reduce mine it dips shooting it at speed.

I like my prodigy alot. 2000 rounds in. I put all kinds of amo through it just to see what will happen. Nylon tip target practice rounds, hollow points, loaded full metal jacket rounds, cheap 115 grain no name stuff and so on. the only thing that happened was that the rear sight came loose. A little locktite and all has been well since. Did not even clean it until 1600 rounds. So i dont know possibly i just got lucky. Eventually i send it to you and you can have some fun modding it.

What would make my grip safety not work on my staccato C2.. I took it to the range got home cleaned it like usual and you can pull the trigger without having to depress the grip safety out of nowhere

Looking to upgrade my springs. Want it flat flat.. what combo springs do you recommend? Mostly shooting 115 gr. 17 lb main with an 8 lb recoil?

This one around the 5:18 mark is my favorite of this bunch. I'm a whore for black and red though and this was pretty close for me, lol. I ordered a Platypus and it's a black with red accents scheme. Interested to see how it turns out. Wonder if you'll be able to tune it up if I end up reaching a point I want a little more performance from it? I think it'll be good for me for a while (first 19/2011), but I am a trigger snob I've discovered in the past 2 years of getting into shooting and doing matches, hahaha. Good showing dude!!
