He is suffering from exactly the same situation a Harry Redknapp, Mourinho, Poch and Conte. Constant interference from Daniel Levy, and the inability to buy and sell the players he wants because Daniel will only do bargain basement deals with cosy long term contracts for players who are destined coast along. Tottenham Hotspur needs a proper Manager, not merely a head coach. The players know that they only need to do enough to stay on the payroll, and poor old Ange cannot do what he needs to do.
