Spyro the Dragon -09- Cliff Town

Cliff Town! Those gems behind the beginning area really puzzled me for awhile when I first played the game through. Eventually I realized the game tried to be sneaky and hid a bunch of gems some hard to reach place like that. There wasn't any other good hiding places so eventually I just went and took the leap of faith, and surely as something sure, there they were.
By the way, you can often survive attacks like bullets and whatnot by charging into the attack. Spyro gets dizzy like he's been hit but Sparx doesn't lose power. Just thought I'd mention, it's good information.

My, oh, my. It looks like the designers of this game found a good hiding place for those remaining 33 gems. I guess no one thought they would be hidden at the back of the starting point.

In the PS1 version of Cliff Town, upon releasing all 3 of the crystslized dragons the music playing that accompanies the cutscenes is that of the closing credits music featured at the ending of all 3 games in the original PS1 trilogy of Spyro.

The gliding with the music is amazing. Every level with gliding is amazing. Gliding is an amazing thing!!! No gliding or flying = Not a SPYRO game. Right??? Skylanders is not a SPYRO game.

the thing that's even funnier to me is their slap does absolutely no damage to spyro (unless it knocks you off the map) so you can just get slapped all over the place like a pinball by the two near the level exit XD

I played this as a kid and it has always been one of my favorite games. Never had the chance to play it again without buying a console so I never did. Now I'm watching this and I realise how many dragons were left as statues forever... :D And the gems left on the ground...

When you release all 3 of the dragons in this realm the music playing during the cutscenes is that of the closing credits music from all 3 games from the original Spyro trilogy.

The Dragon Elder named Marco shares his name with the Artisans balloonist featured in this game as well as having same name as one of the lion denizens featured in Sunny Villa located within sequel Spyro 3.

The names of the 3 Dragon Elders rescued in this realm are Halvor, Enzo, Marco. Third dragon shares his name with the balloonist in Artisans Home. And a lion ally in Sunny Villa from Spyro: Year of the Dragon.

In the Reignited Trilogy version, there's this metal box near the exit, the kind that can't be opened with a headbutt or fire breath. Usually, a cannon would do it, but there aren't any in this level, unless I'm missing something? EDIT: Nevermind, found out how.
