Squier Stagemaster Guitar - refurb & upgrade

Жыл бұрынWhilst Squier is Fenders budget guitar branch, it is also a company where you will find innovative and unusual instruments that Fender themselves might not ever build. This STAGEMASTER is a good example of just such a guitar, and with it's twin humbuckers and reverse headstock it is aimed towards the heavier end of the musical market.
Join me as I take a look at this stylish instrument, and carry out a basic set up and repair. Plus, I even add a mod of my own.

Wow what a beauty!!! I love seeing you show love to these old affordable babies. I just got a squier Stratocaster modern HH FR so I guess this came up as a suggestion. Looks like the older ones were even nicer than the already awesome new ones!

To be honest, I think the Squire range is pretty decent - might keep my eyes peeled for another one...

I'm after getting another one I like it so much and HSH would be interesting - I think I have seen them in some pretty nice colours too (green/red?) gotta be the Korean neck through and NOT Chinese for me.

Me too! Thoroughly enjoyed your refurbishment and it was useful to see how you did it. My mate has a Charvel Charvette which has a locking nut and similar tremelo bridge, might also be a Floyd Rose. It also has 24 frets, 2 humbuckers and a single coil. Sounds superb through a Marshall.

@@Bicyclehub Yep - the Charvel brand is another very much in the super strat mould - prolly a bit nicer than this Squier too!
