Almost forgot! An elderly man walks with a nurse up and down my street to see squirrels close up in basket 🧺! I gave his Nurse your KZfaq channel and she puts it on for the old timer when he gets upset! She said some days he just loves watching nothing but your squirrel channel as he is in mid 80s and has dementia but your channel the nurse said makes his entire life world happy ! Just thought you should know!

They knew there was more nuts. How fun for them! I keep nuts in a airtight jar. If I leave them on a chair or table in the yard I come back to teeth marks on the lid. One day they will figure it out and get the prize 😂

I loved how the first reaction seemed to be, “This big, wooden nut has a very thick shell, I must take it away for a good chew somewhere private!” Manny looks like he shares a facial fur characteristic with Bram - I wonder if they’re related? 🤔 I can’t remember the channel name, but during ‘lockdown’ I remember seeing a series of 3 videos about a guy building giant obstacle courses to test his garden squirrel’s abilities to overcome various challenges. Each course was very involved, but without fail, they always managed to overcome every maze, baffle, puzzle & ‘trap’ & were always rewarded with a mountain of walnuts for their troubles. They’re just such determined, brave, inquisitive & above all else keen little creatures. I’ll always love them 🤗❤️🐿

I love all the personalities and their different reactions and techniques. We had one when I was young that would come into the kitchen and go in a drawer and help itself to peanuts. Very bold. My Granny trained it. She was also a squirrel whisperer.

This is my favorite one so far! I love putting puzzles out for my neighborhood squirrels to solve to get nuts. They are so smart and the only animal that actually figures them out. They are the best and so fun to watch! 😊💖🐿️

I used to have the squirrel feeder that has the window where you load with loose corn & a wooden lid, when they get a piece of corn the lid would make a sound closing that would alert me they were eating! Bought it from a store. After dark I would hear them eating and it was the little flying squirrels after dark! So much fun! I'm in bear country now & it would become a bear feeder if I put it out, ha!

Wonderful idea Ma'am, my squirrels used to demolish every feeder but sections were never too far away glad you retrieved circular middle lid!! minus string (though better for wildlife :)) great to see them months later happy with the entering house too :) Aawh Lily is Matriarch, Manny is sweet, looking inside for more feed! thankYou for All you feed them
