I want that awesome "dust seal installer" tool! Where has that been all my life? Also, in a few other sizes besides 30 mm, if possible! And in a nice folding case, where they are arranged in ascending order, from 25 to 35 mm, in increments of 0.5 mm! I'm embarrassed to admit that I've been pushing in these dust seals with my bare hands, like a complete troglodyte.

This fork is brand new...try to do it on M2000 after 2 years of using...

Do all suntour forks use the same size dust seals? I use a Suntour Duro DJ fork and I looking to replace the seals, but I am not sure what size dust seals to get. Any advice?

Where do I find these sleeves ?? I just had my forks powder coated and didn't see them in there so they got completely destroyed ( melted ) during the process... Please help ! Thanks !

You get a spare part list of all Suntour forks on their website, with the spare part numbers. With this number you should find it in Internet shops, or at a local dealer.

how do you tell if the slider sleeves are worn?

If the fork legs are wobbly the sleeves are worn or missing.

dddzzzdddzzz I only have wobble on 1 stantion which has the shock in and I think the shock is leaking causing the wobble but im no expert should I change the seals out incase it's just them? Or get the shock checked?

I'm going to make some sliders but full instead of the bit that's cut out, see if it makes any difference there shit and don't last 2 mins

Richter Schumann Я понимаю что он новые ставит но старые вытаскиваются очень легко даже пальцем просто повернув их в любую сторону на 60 градусов или даже 45.

Gauri Rubaka Сегодня пытался разобрать вилку, один башинг рукой снял, второй вообще не крутится не по часовой не против и не выходит. Как-то так

Тобто, треба якимось болтом з гайкою вирвати втулки, щоб фіксатор обов'язково відламався, полетів у невідомому напрямку і прилип в непередбачуваному місці. Провернути втулку на 90градусів і вийняти пальцями релігія не дозволила.
