Great video thanks! If I may make one comment: The temperature cut-out should be placed inside the pack, between the cells where the most heat will build up. If it is on the outside, it may not respond to an over-temp situation in time, causing a thermal run-away situation that could have been avoided. Great video nevertheless!

@@SamarElectric75 hmm,I know that but what's the problem in here,why my battery pack never reached 12.6v,that's the question and problem!!

@@Indiantanker583how are you charging it? Some chargers only charge to 80%. As far as dropping to 11.8V, how are you measuring? In use you should expect a voltage drop across the load.
@Indiantanker58323 күн бұрын
@@alexsarraf7830 I am actually using a set top box adapter as a charger for it,this adapter is 12v 2A adapter with 5the stage of efficiency before that I used to charge it with 12v 7A charger!

is it a bad idea to use this for Cars? What are the implications of using lithium ion battery packs in vehicles??

What are you talking about... This is already being used in EVs with a high efficiency BMS(Battery management system).

@@iamdebasish6324 you kinda answered yourself... those BMS systems are designed to be in EVs... not conventional
