The new Srixon ZX Utility Iron features a hollow-body construction and multipiece design that generates explosive distance from the tee or from the turf. The Srixon ZX Utility iron allows golfers to bridge the gap beautifully in their bags between their longest iron and their fairway wood(s). In this video, 2nd Swing's Drew Mahowald and master fitter Thomas Campbell use Trackman to test out the Srixon ZX Utility iron and provide their first impressions.
The Srixon ZX Utility iron will be available in stores beginning on January 15, 2021.

Good looking utility. Hopefully, 2nd swing will do comparison test between this srixon zx utility and cleveland uhx utility. Both have same shaft, ust recoil 95.

How would you compare this utility to the two current titleist utility irons? Would this be more forgiving than the u500 but less than the u510 or can you make some kind of comparison like that? Many thanks!

Not sure if this will get any attention, but looking at purchasing this as a 4 iron to add to my d9 forged 5-gw set. Do you think this would make a good long iron to complete my set?

Probably! I got fitted for one, and picked up this one last week to put it up against my P790 4 iron. Also got their new utility in a 3 iron to replace my hybrid.

when buying a utility, can you have it adjusted for length just like other clubs? Will it need a swing weight if you do?

I know I’m a year late but you can adjust the length. Most also have shaft options for both graphite or steel so you should be able to match your irons if you want or go more hybrid like with graphite. If you haven’t pulled the trigger on one yet the ZX utility irons are on sale right now. I ordered one to my specs for $149.

Im looking for something to complement my 4 iron/3 hybrid need more forgiveness than my four iron but need versatility of the iron but don't like fairway Woods. It would be more of a tee club or low trajectory club.
