Drs Prochaska are delightful. Appreciated the depth of questions and the insightful answers - but also the lightness of the session.

I was a fellow psychologist of James Prochaska in the seventies ( My last name was Walker then ). He was one of the brightest, most creative, hard working and caring psychologist in the state of Rhode Island. I liked him immense,y. It’s good to read what he’s been doing over the years. Jim, if you read this, our hair has gone gray!😳 I’m married and living in South Florida. Best wishes to you and your wife.

I scrolled down to write, what a delightful couple - interesting to see that some other viewers chose the same words. It is an incredible model, I didn't realise how profound it is until quite recently.

Nice seeing the interest in this unedited video interview of the Prochaskas. If you prefer the (lightly) edited audio version, it's available here: www.catalystcoachinginstitute.com/podcast/stages-of-change-legends-100th-episode-special-event/
