I am glad to see these are available through Amazon. When I was looking for a stand for the EWI Solo around a year ago I only found stands like this through ebay but they only seemed available from Japan. I do not think you have to remove the center pole during unpacking and you do want to put the tray on before lowering the tray fold out fully down into place. I think the Japanese version does include instructions but it is not that hard to figure out. This video helps if there is an initial challenge though. Thanks for suggesting how to place the AE-30 on the stand. If you place the reduced stand inside a protective pouch or wrapper do think it can fit safely inside the main bag area of the AE-30 bag along with the instrument? Thanks again for the video.

Doesn’t do anything to secure the synth when it’s on the stand at the top or bottom and doesn’t account for drainage. I made one using a rubber guitar stand fastener at the top and a 3 inch small plastic cup at the bottom for the drainage and stability. Thanks Mick
