You should have sat down immediately when she began to pull you. Then this would have made it 10x more difficult for them to move you and they'd have had to use a lot more force, which is extremely risky for them

Fantastic audit ,balls of steel. Yet Again it's a female officer who is aggressive and confrontational and a male colleague has to de-escalate the situation.

As someone whos not been in trouble with the law for over 20 years, my experiences with the Police are limited, but these videos are a great insight into the behaviour on the Police in general.

We're always hearing how overworked and underfunded the police are, but they always seem to have time to harass members of the public for no reason at all.

The female officer really had trouble maintaining her boundary and temper. Highly unprofessional thinking she’s everyone’s mother and can tell them whatever she wishes. She needs education, more training and emotional control. Shame on you lady! Shame on you!

NNY, I've just started watching your audits - this being the second video I've watched. I must say that I have a select few audits I enjoy watching - mainly because of their confidence and legal intellect in challenging these officers. You are now one of 4 auditors I'll be following! Subscribed! Side note: The female officer's "asking" doesn't reflect her forceful physical contact. It's akin to a member of the public "asking" to see a PCSO's designation card whilst reaching into their vest. Surely, this is abuse. She should have backed her physical contact with legal powers. You simply cannot request whilst forcing. A request does not insinuate obligation, a requirement however does. A requirement by an officer should always be backed by their powers in law.

"Don't want to go down the lines of any terrorism offences." Now THAT is a scary statement. Basically admitting she will misuse the terrorism legislation powers.

It's a public accessible area, he is legally entitled to be and to film there, the officers are therefore acting unlawfully, they have no legal powers to accost him and they don't really need to understand his reasons for filming unless the suspect him of a crime.

It’s funny how they seem to know all their colleagues but any corruption at the station as highlighted by guys like Live Free and suddenly they’ve never heard of them!

Gotta love it when the police officer comes upto NNY and asks do you work here are you a officer, NNY replies "no I don't work here", do you have any ID on you, NNY replies "no", this area is private can you go back to the public area of the police station, NNY " I do not believe this is a private area and I challenge your order", officer replies " I take it your doing an audit, NNY replies " the camera kind of gives that away", NNY then says "I am going to continue", officer replies Ok then", amazing how quick the turn around was from please leave this is private to, you can continue. Then it goes down the shitter, with again, four officers, trying to get NNY to leave, the police hate it when we film then, and at their stations, but can film us all day long, even on private property, I would love to see a video where a police officer has their body cam on in a place where there is no recording allowed, and watch their face when they get informed.

It took ages before one police officer identified themselves and that was way into the conversation you’re doing a good job

I cannot for the life of me understand why they get so precious about a car park at the rear of the station, it’s not as if there is anything there that you can’t see on the road. The only reason can be is so they can enforce their so called power over you and if you don’t comply they get their feelings hurt because you are challenging their perceived power over you

Other than the thicko, bully boys and girls, going hands on and asking obviously answered questions, that was a brilliant audit, with all the elements we like to see. Keep up the great work keeping them on their toes.
