Just got back from a week stay in the condo above the shop , the customer service at BNM is amazing they treat you like family .. got to fish with bean again this year , meet mike & see Stan / Rick … they definitely live the life down there , you can’t help but be all smiles …. Blessed

Tech tip....shiny side down with the aluminum foil...the dull has the nonstick and you put your food on the nonstick dull side

BL Tilefish my favorite. We use to bring our catch to Lazy Days and they prepare the fish for us Lazy Days style, 3 cheese encrusted and the tilefish was always prepared coconut encrusted. awesome 😎

Look great. I would deep fried in peanut oil, then wrap it in foil and straight to the grill, wrap it like a a egg roll with rice paper with lettuce, slice cucumber and in dip in sweet peanut sauce or fish sauce.

I love the vids with the X3! That boat is something else. I notice you don't use the trolling motor to stay on a spot. Is it because the current is too strong? That juice from the fish needs to be poured over something like rice or sourdough bread.

swordfish is delicious, it's firm - not flaky. it is filleted as a steak, and cooks up like a steak as well. best on the grill IMO , just don't overcook
