Kind of a weird tier list when you have carriers at S tier and high templar at A. Carriers are a situationally useful late-game unit against terran and terran only. High templar are an absolutely crucial and game changing unit vs zerg, the strongest mid-late game unit against protoss, and also a very strong option against terran especially if used well with shuttles. If you sent a protoss player off to play 100 games without being allowed to make carriers and 100 games without being allowed to make high templars, he'll lose wayyy more of the games where he can't make high templar.

Scv can repair buildings & mech units, if your micro management Is good enough you can use them as cannon fodder & repair each others while THEY absorb damage. AND most important scv can build almost everywhere, scv deserve A Tier.

Could you lower the BKGM levels a bit? Your voice was a bit hard to make out. Also, maybe apply a mild low-pass filter on your voice - the mic was emphasizing the highs.

Broodling FF? That's not fair. Okay, broodlings on their own don't do much, but the fact that you can instant kill a tank from distance is of some value! I'd give em a D or E.

You didn't even use two of the tiers. So you could split A tier in half, making Ultralist or Goliath the best B tier unit (and then moving down the other tears down one accordingly, so at the end what was D tier will be E.) Then you could move the infested terrans and broodlings from FF up to F and finally put the Scout into FF.

probe is S-tier man, you need one probe to build your entire army/base

Cracklings/Fully upgraded Zerglings with Dark Spawn is God Mode, easily S Tier.

Dunno how hydra isn't S tier, they are cheap, fast, fast atk, strong, can attack land and air units, their only weakness is splash damage since they are low hp. Maybe because im a Terran player but I also would give a battlecruiser a solid A maybe even higher than Ultralisk, I get that It's most expensive and extremely slow, however unlike Ultralisk, they can attack land and air units also their Yamato Gun is pleasure to see when full stack uses it, Valkiries can complement it's weakness in being slow. Reavers i would put into a D tier due to them being so slow, i can understand that they could cause havok when droped off by shuttles but other then that I can't see them in any other situation than defending the base maybe. To give some love to Protoss, i would but dark archon in a solid B because of their mind control and how you could manage to give yourself an advantage of playing 2 races lol.

The Return of the Executor

There is a very important note that you missed on the devour. For every stack of spore on the enemy unit it also lowers their attack speed as well. You can easily test this out with a Devourer vs Corsair to see how dramatic the Attack Speed is. If anything it should be up with the Battlecruiser only because it can't attack ground.

But Drones can burrow! And as a Zerg player, I'm sad that you put Guardians and Infested Terrans in low tiers. Dark Archon should be S tier, too in my opinion.

My S tier would be: Tank / Hydralisk / Defiler / Arbitrer / Zealot / Science Vessel / Vulture

I actually don't agree with your whole list but I'm a Protoss player and I absolutely agree Arbiters kick fucking ass. They are great against every race and there is never a situation that you wouldn't want 1. Also 100 minerals/ 350 gas is hella cheap if you are forgoing templar tech.

The valkyrie is a broken unit for me, is expensive but has a massive plating, and does area damage, plus good attack speed, not the fastest but pretty decent. A valkyrie attack plus battlecruisers is almost unstoppable by protoss. Do you suggest a strategy against valkyrie and battlecruiser (you being the protoss)

Disagree with Valkyrie I have seen enough unit tests that it is actually effective in large numbers two valks will take down three corsairs, nearly kill battle cruisers one on one and have enormous splash damage

wouldnt infested terran kinda be like a a great way to harass terran in the sense i think a command center has to get to 50% or lower so theoretically couldnt you just bum rush an expo with a queen and infest it and then leave? I think in general infested terrans should just be considered campaign units.

Protoss units in general are OP. They require little micro and are extremely powerful.

Ultralisk above Battlecruiser blows my mind. Ultralisks are cumbersome dps sponges while Battlecruisers can decimate defenses from the fog of war with the Yamato gun.
