I find it a bit strange how many of the contestants that lost are now way more successful than the ones that won. I have noticed that for many of the other competitions and beauty pageants that I have seen. Maybe it is just fate?

Winning will open doors but for those who lost it's still the experience and ecposure. Once offered movie, recording or tv contract, it's a matter of "stars aligning together".

the problem is AMERICA doesn't like country music ...if Justin Randall sang an American classic, or something like she did, the results might have been different...i personally LOVE country music, but I think his song choice really hurt him...HE SOUNDED FREAKIN' AWESOME TO ME!

I went to high school with Anna. She was a huge pot head. When asked if she would audition for school plays, she said she was too good and had better things to do.

No this is from 1993.. Justin compete on star search 1993 i'm pretty sure of it because Christina compete on 1991 while Britney compete on 1992 who also both loses.. Justin compete the next year after Britney...
