MCU HQ Idk, I didn’t think he should have disappeared. It’s canonical that being able to become a ghost takes years of training and even some of the most powerful Jedis were unable to do it, so it felt off to me that someone who never finished his Jedi training, and had just turned his back on the dark side would be able to do something so extraordinary

Lots of respect to Adam though, i read somewhere he can't stand to watch his own movies since he'll feel he needs to change something on every scene, it just shows how much of a perfectionist he is on acting.

No I think alot of people would have been happy with no return, it means that it would be true to the first 6 eps, and Anakins " prophecy" would have been a thing.

they learn that fully bright set up could make CG look obvious like the other moie but with darkened setting like training scenes are mostly dimmed so they can hide the CG

I think Rey's decision to take on the Skywalker name is indicative of not so much a blood relative thing, but a decision to take on the Skywalker persona, and reject the Palpatine persona. You can be whatever you want to be, Rey learned that early in the final SW trilogy.
