Rogue One is in my top 3 Star Wars movies. I’ve never heard a single person say that the location identifiers were a problem. I thought they were nice. Tasteful as well as informative. No harm no foul.

One of my biggest gripes about the sequels is how they make Rey good at EVERYTHING. No one can be better than her - you can have the best pilot in the resistance and Rey is still better than him. It makes me hate her character. I wish they had just left her dead in this movie.

To my knowledge it is not possible for these small fighters to track other ships through hyperspace. The only incident I remember where this was possible is in the novel "Tarkin", in which Vader can track the Carrion Spike, Tarkins personal ship, through hyperspace with the help of a large mysterious black sphere. Chewie and Poe weren't saying Rey was an overall better pilot than Poe, just that 1) Rey is more familiar with the Falcon than Poe since she pilots it way more than him, and 2) Rey and Chewie have more practice copiloting together with teamwork and communication skills etc. than Chewie and Poe do.
