You knew SWT was going to be on their hit list once he started to hang out with G+G, Mauler, etc. Even some of his own followers lost their minds over that. I'm just glad that Theory has a backbone, because he's a guy that might make the mistake of being "too nice" to them.

I remember back years ago I would get very frustrated with Theory because of how much leeway he gave Disney AND how he would defend them against fans back before things got super crazy the way they are today, and the only bad star wars was episodes 8-9. Seeing how things are now, holy shit... and how Theory is completely swayed to the side of being brutally honest and being sick of how bad it's gotten... Man. It's wild.

So now all the Disney Star Wars mistakes is: 1: They fly now because Disney-Lucasfilm never heard about Stormtroopers with jetpacks. 2: Anakin Skywalker/Darth Vader is not the chosen one anymore because of the returning of Palpatine. 3: Completely changed Lukes character from an optimistic hero with hope to a failure who tried to kill his nephew because he had visions about it. 4: Ki-Adi Mundi actually knowing about the sith but not telling Yoda or his other fellow jedies in the Phantom Menace. 5: Still blaming the star wars fans and never learn. Many of us here can agree that we are on the checked out/fully against Disney Star Wars side. Star Wars Theory has been the perfect example of a fan in the middle acknowledging the trash but always being optimistic for the next project. He’s been the most optimistic guy and has kept me in the loop/somewhat interested in Star Wars since the last Jedi. There’s a reason he’s number 1. There was a reply on that tweet where someone said Star Wars theory isn’t a real fan and only covers it for money and doesn’t actually know shit about the lore. I’m not even kidding I was just baffled. This dudes been covering Star Wars since before Disney bought it. All his early videos are basically lore deep dive videos and fun fan theory’s like his name implies.

Most of them weren't even BORN in the 70s, 80s, 90s and 00s when Star Wars was awesome, countless books, comics and video games that all respected the lore and built on it in an entertaining way. All they know is Disney Star Wars, which is NOT Star Wars, apart from a few exceptions.

This is actually the precedent the Alex Jones case set. Alex was not accused of harassing anyone his fans were. The consequence for him not 'controlling his own fans' meant that he was fined a billion dollars and shut down. I think we should start a campaign where we start harassing people online and threatening them and then saying that "WE ARE ALL NEW YORK TIMES READERS. I'M DOING THIS BECAUSE I READ THE NEW YORK TIMES". The legal precedent has been set. This is the new game.

This entire situation could’ve been avoided or diffused if Disney Star Wars said that “Keanu Mundi” in Acolyte was Ki Adi Mundi’s father, Ki Adi Mundi Sr. Not only was he a Jedi like his son, he too fathered children until his death due to their species being endangered. I'm not into Star Wars like you all but I saw the original AT THE THEATER when it first came out with my older brother & it's something I'll never forget a fantastic memory we walked home from the theater saying WOW! that was the best movie ever!!!
