The budget didn't drop, they just chose to go in a different direction for the second season because Eclipso is less of a hands on villain. The only thing that changed when they moved to the CW was that it now airs on the CW. All the core stuff stayed the same

She was always despised by everyone, they treated her like someone worthless, like an object that can be experimented with whenever they want. I never knew true friendship, love and tenderness. She turned cold to survive, she didn't ask to be like that, she had to become like that to survive. Since she never wanted to suffer again, for this reason she hid the death of her mother in the depths of her heart, because she did not want to feel vulnerable again. You have to better analyze the characters and not accuse or catalog them unfairly.

Yeah..I'm thinking the reason why on episode 9 is when they said they had to kill bruce Gordon was he was the host..and pat said there was another way besides killing him led to the final episode when courtney became the host..I think the solution of the staff..because the staff is light..and that would have hurt him..but it was awesome how they did it with the finale..and yeah..I looked up the helix institute with mr bones..if you didnt noticed..he wears gloves.
