I feel (it's a bit obvious) it's all part of Mr. Bones' plan, he's going to perform different situations, like an experiment, that's my theory. I liked how the season started 😄

Same. He's clearly behind the surveillance. End of last season he was very curious about heroes and villains living together in blue valley, now they're all being watched. The gambler finds this out and could have found out who was behind it, and is immediately killed. If mister bones nurse/assistant person happens to secretly be penny dreadful, she could have caused that sort of damage along with the murder... We'll see...

Did we not see The Gambler discover surveillance of all the heroes and villains living in blue valley, just before he was killed? I'm doubting his technology picks up clairvoyance/remote viewing in multiple locations at the same time... Remember the end of last season Mister Bones was very curious about the heroes and villains living together in blue valley? Methinks he's set up surveillance. The B&W alludes to CCTV.
