Late 70’s … moving into my dorm at college … someone playing Brick House (original version) on high volume … the look on my Dads face was classic! I think he wanted to take me right back home lol. Of course other music followed, but Brick House was the one playing when we entered the house and hearing it takes me right back to that moment. Much love 💕🐝💕🇺🇸☘️

Kurt Browning in one of my favs. Brick House was one of my favorite routines too. His footwork as well as Scott Hamilton is so much better than anyone else’s.

Don’t forget Yagudin and Pleshenko were pretty awesome at footwork, but not nearly as entertaining as Kurt or Scot

Kurt Browning. Still one of my very favorites. His Brick House is fantastic, even all these years later with a troupe of guys skating with him. Love it!

I remember seeing Brick House at “Celebration of a Life” and even during such an emotional show, it was the one number that stood out along with Scott’s “Hair” as the make you smile numbers.

Love this performance. This is a Classic. Did not know it existed until I a saw a post saying the Russian ice dance team S/K should have taken a lesson from Kurt before performing their slightly tacky version in their rhythm dance this year. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾❤️

I absolutely adore Scott Hamilton and everything that he's ever done on the ice. He's truly poetry on ice. What he has done for cancer awareness and early detection is simply amazing.
