The Starship program has been around longer than 5 years - In fact the Apollo program put men on the moon faster than Starship can make it to orbit without exploding

It doesn't matter what I think is true - It only matters what is true. Starship program began in 2012 as the MCT and has been modified several times and still explodes. It cannot accomplish what NASA accomplished in less time with slide rulers in the 1960s - Sorry facts do not agree with you@@TroyRubert

@@samuelpeterson7043 That is what I'm saying lol. Of course, the program has been going on longer than five years, and no one said anything to the contrary. Second, Starship is not a one-and-done vehicle, so of course, it will take longer to develop than the Saturn V. We also dont have anywhere near as much money being spent on the program like Apollo so again of course it will take longer. I've been in this space since Falcon1 days.

The zero G fun requires training to get over the changes in orientation. I took my kid on rollercoasters in 2003 to get her over car sickness. Sea sickness is a pain as some can handle large boats but not small. I get sick on large ships, so know your limits. I was always a thrill seeker, so the training was more fun than disorienting! It is like learning to change your eye dominance from left to right, there are things you have to learn to turn off. Be sure to keep a journal of your adventures and take notes on what it felt like before and after you got sick. These notes help to understand what the problem is. I have to have a distant target to focus on, so without that target, I am a mess.

Wow, a Zero G kiss! I don't think I have seen that before! You should definitely make a short video showcasing that moment. I've noticed that you have been a little apologetic about discussing nausea on the flight. Well, I've always heard it referred to as the Vomit Comet. So, I don’t think you have to worry about damaging their reputation. It would be great if you could co-host the next launch with another KZfaqr, you have a talent interacting with other people on camera. And please do another cart wheel if the launch is successful. 😊 Keep up the good work, Cheers from Alaska

Minor nit, there are only roughly 5,000 (a few more) starlink satellites in orbit. Each space laser equipped starlink satellite has four lasers, so 10,000 lasers only means 2,500 equipped satellites. So roughly half the constellation is now laser equipped.

Ellie for those of us that are colorblind can't easily distinguish the land swap map. We need colors that are high in contrast like blue and yellow or white, or add some arrows or outlines or the vertical hash marks help slot. I know you didn't make the graphic but I think you have mentioned that most of your audience are dudes and many of us are colorblind and just want to see the data and not be worried about mis-interpreting. Thanks. Don't forget to face the launch pad at liftoff to make sure the pointy end is up.

There has been some assumptions that SpaceX, to appease NASA with the tank-to-tank transfer, and their payload door test, may attempt a full orbital track by Starship. That is why they may be aiming for an Indian Ocean splashdown.

It's 10,000 *lasers* not satellites. Each laser-equipped satellite has multiple lasers. Regarding Starship's trajectory, my guess is they're launching on the same trajectory as the previous launches but this time they'll attempt an active de-orbit burn. If the burn works, it'll re-enter over the Indian Ocean. If something goes wrong and the Raptors don't relight, it'll passively re-enter near Hawaii as originally planned.
