As a massive milan fan who has watched every Tonali game for the last 3 seasons, he is definitely a world class footballer, but not for the reason they are saying... He doesn't control the game in the way a Pirlo would. He is more of a bruiser like Gattuso, but with more attacking impetus. It's crazy to see people giving such strong opinions when they 99% have seen a handful of Tonali games before last week and maybe some highlight reels.

Because he's doing it in Ligue 1 for a team which outspends the rest of the league combined. There is little competition for Mbappe and he still doesn't win the golden boot. I think he's world class but he needs to move to RM or a similar stature club to show his abilities so people will appreciate his footballing skills.

Rice has done it for 5 seasons in the world's best league, as well as the World Cup, the Euros, Europa League and Conference League. He was club captain. He was wanted by ALL the big clubs. Caicedo on the other hand has had one good season at Brighton.

Whereas Haaland wouldnt have scored 30 in the Tottenham team from last season, because he is more of an executor. Kane also plays a big role in the build up and also creates more chances on his own. Dont get me wrong, Haaland is a world class player, but if nobody is feeding him, he doesnt score as much. Kane creates more on his own than Haaland does. Also Kane had a xgoals rating of 21 last season, but scored 30 which means he scored 140% of what he was supposed to score. Haaland had a xgoals rating of 28 but scored 36, which means he scored "only" 128% of what he shouldve scored. Thats just to underline how clinical Kane is besides the creating aspect.

Harry Kane is so under appreciated. In no way would I have haaland over him. Kane can provide for those around him, and score an insane amount of goals, all with practically no service. there is only 1 correct answer for kane, mbappe and haaland and that is: start: kane, bench: haaland, sell: mbappe. Mbappe is worth the most so from a financial pov, it makes the most sense if you've got 3 quality strikers. Kane you start, coz he's the most prolific and consistent, he gets you goals week in week out, and haaland you bench because coming off the bench, he is the most impactful running behind the defence.

I would say overall Rice is still ahead of Caicedo based on a larger sample size but the fact is that Rice has never individually had a single season anywhere near Caicedo's last season.

Rice is 100000% better than Caicedo, they are not even comparable. Rice has done it for 5 seasons in the world's best league, as well as the World Cup, the Euros, Europa League and Conference League. He was club captain. He was wanted by ALL the big clubs. Caicedo on the other hand has had one good season at Brighton. @@HH-mw5dr
