I'm really enjoying your videos. I just got back into DJing after being retired since 03 when I started having children. Now they're all in college and I'm getting back at it. My flx 10 was delivered a week ago. I cannot believe how this is like riding a bike. I was really worried that I was going to have to learn how to beat match all over again. I learned on vinyl with a mixer and no beat counter. This is my first time on a controller, I kind of like it. I'm glad I didn't get a beginner controller, but I also knew that I wanted to stick with it this time. I'm also glad that I grabbed a couple 15" tops and 18" subs. Mackie drm. I set everything up for the first time today in my backyard, wow! I think I'm going to find a regular venue and start throwing some parties. I need to find a few other local djs.

My setup is FLX4, Genelec 2xG One and F one (sub) and Epos H6PRO open. I mix only my own fun.

Great video as per man. I’d highly recommend the Numark Mixstream Pro controller as a beginner controller. It’s served me really well so far. Built in monitor speakers and no laptop needed for when DJing out live. Plus it has XLR outputs for PA Sound Systems 🙌🏼

Hi Karl, watched your some videos, I felt one of the reliable contents out there. I am an aspiring DJ, now want to buy a beginner level controller. But i am confused with FLX4 with Herculis impulse 500. FLX is more advanced and well compatable with softwares and devices. But Herculis gives more flexibility in input and output, attractive layout and spacious deck and better build quality and size. So can you help me out to decide which one to buy

is hypedit a good source for music?

Can i use rekordbox 7.1 without subscription and use ddj? And will i still get the access to use it after the trial ends+ how long can i play with rekordbox with a ddj console??
