Honestly one of the best lineups ever. As an older watcher sometimes the ball knowledge gets sacrificed for the banter but today was a perfect blend Btw, as a person who watched all 3: Iniesta, Modric, Zidane for me. (Consistency playing a big part). Prime however, Zizou all day.

I don't understand how KDB is still so underrated, he shouldn't even be in the same convo as Pogba. Even in ability KDB is so underrated. Comparing Modric's career at Madrid, KDB's at Man City & Pogba's at Juventus and United, KDB has the highest g+a per 90 (.81 KDB v .30 Modric v .48 Pogba), shot creation per 90 (6.7 KDB v 4.19 Modric v 4.31 Pogba), goal creating actions per 90 (.89 KDB v .51 Modric v .61 Pogba), tackles per 90 (1.5 KDB v 1.33 Modric v 1.4 Pogba), and progressive carries per 90 (4.45 KDB v 2.72 Modric v 2.83 Pogba). Jude is becoming underrated

As an arsenal fan the problem with Gabriel is that he’s EXTREMELY one footed with his ball playing. His left foot is elite. But when he gets pressed on his right side he doesn’t even take a touch on his right foot. He tries to turn his whole body to force it on his left and he becomes unbalanced because of it. His left foot it great but even his composure in big games isn’t great. Against city and Liverpool at anfield he was shaken. Was losing the ball and scared to actually pass and would kick it off the pitch

The fact enzo is rated so highly due to the World Cup baffles me Jude and camavinga have been playing top football for at least 2 seasons whereas enzo for the last 8 months don’t he me wrong he is definitely talented but not as the other 2 and don’t forget he is older than both of them for me it is start cama bench Jude sell enzo

Saliba in his debut season, has already made 27/30 starts for Arsenal. And is part of the team that is challenging for the league. How he has improved our defense in a year is crazy.

Great discussion, honestly for the last debate it just depends on how you perceive it. For me I think of prime and I'd go 1 Zidane 2 Iniesta 3 Modric. I don't think Zidane's prime was short or ineffective enough where we need to downgrade him for a lack of longevity, he was hardly a flash in the pan. I don't think if he did it for 10-15 years I would rate him that much higher tbh, but people may perceive it differently. I don't rate Zidane/Iniesta higher because of international acheviements. I just think they were better players.

Lyes is clearly a fan of Vidic and rightfully so but, he got it completely wrong with Rio. Rio was always the better defender, you wouldn’t notice it because you just wouldn’t notice him defending. Whilst Terry and Vidic made defending look like hard work, Rio made it look like a walk in the park. He, with Frank Lampard took West Ham to their highest finish ever in PL history, broke the transfer record twice, took Leeds to a UCL semi with a masterclass against Madrid. Every defender that played alongside Rio, coincidentally had their best ever form. Be it Silvestre, Vidic, hell he even made Wes Brown look world class until the injuries killed Wes Brown. It seems as though the same issue that Rio had throughout his playing career is still hampering him when it comes to giving him his plaudits, he wasn’t a rough tackling, no nonsense English defender. He was calm and composed almost like a ballerina in a backline. Rio was always better than Terry and Vidic.
