Given the video title -- and the time it takes to make Vietnamese coffee using a phin -- I would think any café would prefer making large quantities using a 1 liter or 1.5 liter Vietnamese coffee pot. I went to a café serving large quantities and that's what they used. Have you tried 'Cà phê vợt' in your travels?
