@@12347873 No, it would not be able to offer the kind of benefits you are looking for from live stem cells... Stem cells have been shown to be mostly digested and destroyed in the stomach 30 minutes after ingestion... It is conceivable that some clever products may utilize a special coating to protect the cells like how some probiotic products use a coating to protect the good bacteria... Studies would be needed to see if this would actually work for human cells... But if you are looking at this particular product called Purtier, it contains some molecules from deer placenta, so it may have some growth factors and peptides but will not have live cells, but it does have herbal extracts and other ingredients that can be beneficial for health. Nothing can replace the incredible intelligence contained in live cells though, since the miracle of us come from the intelligence embedded in the DNA within these cells.

Thank you for your comment. Whether stem cell, in particular MSC, can help depends on the etiology of your condition. For tissue changes due to menopause, we have a variety of tools, including hormone replacement, cell therapy and other modalities. Hi Dr Joy, thank you for this info. A lot of what you are saying corresponds to what I have heard in lectures from others, such as Dr Arnold Caplan. I had a stem cell injection in my hip for arthritis and a labrum tear two weeks ago. Also opted for an infusion to deal with any inflammation otherwise in my body (I’m very healthy to begin with). I did this in Mexico at a clinic near Puerto Vallarta. The infusion was 100M cells. I had no adverse effects. So far the benefit has been no more pain at night from the hip arthritis! It had been waking me up every single night for months. Pretty much immediately that went away after the treatment!. … I am curious about what you are saying about the cells proliferating once they are injected. You are saying that one doesn’t need to culture them before hand because they will naturally divide once in the body. I had not heard that before. But then you seem to have some “negative” things to say about cell culturing because of the production of “daughter cells” and you seem to be saying they are less optimal. However, if the cells are naturally dividing once in the body, aren’t they also producing daughters cells? And if so, what is then the difference of daughter cells cultured outside the body vs inside the body?

First of all, I'm so glad to hear that you got a great response from the treatment you got overseas. iced to your question about cell expansion inside the body, that's a very fair point. The interesting part is that when cells are dividing inside one's body, they have a tendency to work with the body and adapt to the body, instead of blindly multiplying in a culture medium which tends to be stressful for the cells that's leading to the secretion of inflammatory molecules and different differentiation... The two environments are very different, that's producing very different responses. it is really fascinating how cells are able to respond to the environment differently.

@@JoyKongMDwow this was something similar I commented on that Blueprint guy’s video -he goes through all these different processes to reverse Aging. However, I noticed he still looks like an embalmed person, so these procedures should be done at a younger age, he is about 54, to actually see realtime anti-Aging than on someone who has already aged significantly. Almost like a stopping Aging before it becomes the issue like you say

There are different biomarkers for aging such as inflammatory factors, senescent markers, cellular waste markers. You can also do biologocal age testing. Stem cells need to be delivered to be body in a way that it can stay alive. Ingesting it will result in its destruction in the stomach acid. Even if protective mechanisms are in place so cells safely travel to small intestines (like what people do with oral probiotics), I have not seen any reports of cells being helpful in the intestines. That said, eyedrops that contain stem cells or stem cells being nebulized may be able to survive on the surface of the eye or lining of the lungs, exerting benefits.

I will put out a video specifically about side effects in a few weeks... the bottom line is the side effects are quite limited. As far as success, I would say over 90% of people notice benefits from the therapy I provide at my clinic.

Now I have COPD 😢from addiction to nicotine for most adult life even though I remained sober. It’s such a mouse in the maze and it’s not working. As far as facial rejuvenation, using Fotona treatment at our clinic for a series of 5 will cost about $6K, if adding one-time stem cells it may cost another $8K. The plastic surgery for facelift will cost about $30K to $50K here in Los Angeles.

Stem cells are cheap and easy to harvest from one’s own fat. I have done this. The results are amazing. The expense is due to government regulations making it prohibitively difficult and risky to the license you need to hold to be able to do it, and thus expensive because few who hold the license are willing to take that risk

I do like the philosophy behind Botox, which prevents the excessive disturbance of the skin layers through kinking/folding/distorting of the tissue leading to permanent lines on the face... I think of it as a natural way to prolong the youthful appearance of the skin, which had been approved by the FDA 35 years ago with a proven safety record. I am not a big fan of fillers, as I don't think they are a natural way to restore the youthfulness of the skin. I prefer microneedling or laser treatments etc to restore the health and robustness of the skin.

I love Botox! It's true. I'm very public about it, and consider it a natural way to relax the muscles to prevent excessive kinking and wrinkling of the skin. 👍 But I do not use filler or anything else except a natural promotion of skin regeneration through stem cells, microneedling and laser technology, etc:) I think these are amazing combinations!
