It is great to see Sir William Stanier on the layout. I remember seeing one of these when very young and looking in awe at the huge driving wheels before being scared by the roar of safety valves. I'm watching this at 10.40 on NYE! The mulled wine is finished and a bottle of Baileys beckons for midnight toasts, but having a fix of Yorkshire Dales Railway is lifting my spirits and inspiring me to progress my own layout in 2021. Cheers, Lewis, have yourself a wonderful New Year.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Those passenger wagons ND LOCO have a brilliant liveries (I am particularly partial to passenger). I even broke my rule and added two steamers and passenger rakes to my world- 2 lovely 1920s/1930s Rheingolds in different liveries. Excellent work as always, sir!

Great aesthetics ! Excellent idea the three styles around an elementary but powerfull idea : a 4-6-2 and assorted rolling stock. The great classic, LMS Princess in carmine plus a splendid unified blood and custard rake, the typical Southern, all green with a "spam can" at the head, and the archetypal parcels trains, all bauxite with a 7MT to run it. No favorites for me, all splendid, each on its own way. An excellent way to close 2020 this video, thanks to share your talent with us !

Glad to enjoy once again one of those superb rolling sessions with several through trains on this scenic layout. As usual the standard of both the video and the sound editing are high, something I have come to appreciate very much to the point of thinking installing some sound decoders in my steamers and diesels with modern speakers that would allow a better quality of sound even if they are tiny. Fortunately I have a friend who's a DCC wiz who will be able to teach me how to do it or, if I can't do it, perform the task for me. Ho Ho Ho it’s Marvellous Mouldy Monday Hello Lewis Wishing you and your family a belated Happy Christmas and a healthy New Year as I missed last weeks update and have just caught up. Thank you for yet another great running session featuring 3 rather superb locomotives of their time especially the LMS Princess Coronation. She looks wonderful blasting through the Dales along with the BR Standard and Battle of Britain Class. I hope that 2021 brings better health and fortunes to everyone and for myself I am simply hoping that I finally get a start on my own layout and run some tank engines with some ECML Express Locomotives. However, the biggest engines that I shall be modelling will be the NER Class Z (L&NER C7) NER Class S3 (L&NER B16) as my layout will be set between 1912 and 1922 approx.
