~ mold with a diameter of 6 cm
~ 22 dumplings
DOUGH:
~ kefir 2.5% 250 g
~ premium flour 300 g + for sprinkling
~ salt 1/3 tsp
~ soda 1 tsp
FILLING:
~ cottage cheese 15% 250 g
~ egg C2 1 piece 45 g
~ sugar 20 g
~ vanillin
COOKING
DOUGH
Pour kefir into a bowl. Add salt. Sift flour together with soda. Mix well.
Place the dough on a table sprinkled with flour and knead.
Wrap in cling film or cover with a kitchen towel. Leave for 15-20 minutes.
FILLING
Add egg, vanillin, sugar to cottage cheese. Stir until smooth.
Roll out the dough to approximately 5 mm thickness. Cut out circles.
Add the filling and make dumplings.
Steam for 6 minutes.
Brush with melted butter. Serve with sour cream.
Prepare fluffy steamed dumplings and enjoy the taste.
