2. 2 粒蒜頭
3. 2 段青葱白色和綠色
4. 1 個小紅棘椒
5. 2 湯匙豆豉
6. 2 湯匙油
肉醃料:
1. 1 湯匙紹興酒
2. 1 1/2 茶匙蠔油
3. 1/3 茶匙糖
4. 少許鹽 1/5 茶匙
5. 1/2 茶匙生抽
6. 1/3 茶匙老抽
7. 3/4 茶匙雞粉
8. 1 1/2 茶匙豆粉
9. 1 茶匙水
10. 2/3 茶匙豆粉
11. 1 1/2 茶匙油
Ingredients:
1. around 240 grams = 8. 5 oz, pork spare ribs meat
2. 2 peeled garlic clove
3. 2 sections spring onion white part and green part
4. a small red chilli
5. 2 tbsp black bean
6. 2 tbsp oil
Marinade pork :
1. 1 tbsp shaxoing wine
2. 1 1/2tsp oyster sauce
3. 1/3 tsp sugar
4. 1/5 tsp salt
5. 1/2 tsp light soy sauce
6. 1/3 tsp dark soy sauce
7. 3/4tsp chicken powder
8. 1 1/2 tsp corn starch
9. 1 tsp water
10. 2/3 tsp corn starch
11. 1 1/2 tsp oil
