Yes, Well put. I heard STEELHEART - I was stunned, I really fell off my chair. I stopped and Give my 100% attention, listening to the Entire songs, concerts, and was still hungry. Then I realised I was 2 and 1/2 decades after these songs and concerts. WOW, OMG. I felt I had to throw away what I know and heard about Rock Singers and retrained my ears. Can you imagine Miljenko sings all our favourite songs. Bon Jovi, living on a Prayer, he could not hit the notes, but if Miljenko, did, well it would be a different story. This weekend I was practicing to sing, and my belly was in pain singing to to hit the notes, Never can I reached it. MilJenko has a special Gift, and hearing him sing, I can't listen to other singers, knowing or I am waiting for that Miljenko cresendo, the scream...like listening to the Formula One race and they UNIQUE Engine sound, only these cars can, similarly MilJenko is so powerful, so Dynamic, so Unique and the Power in his songs, MY GOD, he is deemed the MAHATMA - Great Soul. The Man is more than good, More than all. I heard someone said Justin can hit the note. But I listened to him, he is oi, but he is NOT a Miljenko.We are so fortunate to have him in our life time. So has criticized his for is new stuff, but he has matured and doing it differently, Like Bob Dylan gone Electric.(How does it feel, when your on your own...) Let his fans know how quick they are to condemn, like Jesus said to Paul - Before the Cock crow thrice you wll deny me.. Presently, I can only listen to STEELHEART - my ears can only hear STEELHEART- NOT TO FORGET the Boys in the BAND...WOW they compliment him so neat and perfect. Not only that, the guy had an accident, which he broke his jaw and lots of shit, his voice too was affected, he is still great, he practices everyday singing as he said in his interviews. It's a shame .-. but he is still one of the best rock vocalist I've ever heard xD

tlansing18 I'm a singer. Well, in the past i could sing all of the Steelheart's songs, but I think I'll never reach what Steven does in the final part of "Crazy" (just 4 example). I think that in the rock container Steven Tyler & Glenn Hughes R over the top, also Bcause usually they can sing live better then the studio version. If U wanna find higher notes, U gotta listen 2 James Brown or Prince.

In what world singing out of tune and not hitting notes is considered "good"?

R20set In quite a few worlds. Rush. Judas Priest. etc. Look up some songs from bands like that that were recorded live in their prime, then look up the same song played by them today. People still go to see these bands because despite the fact that their vocalists can't sing like they used to, they're still legends and seeing them live just provides a temporary escape from life today and takes us back to our younger days. I saw Judas Priest in 2011 and Rush in 2012 and neither vocalist can come close to hitting the notes that they used to be able to hit in their prime, but the concerts were still awesome. I think Matijevic does a pretty decent job with this song now despite the fact that he can't sing it like he used to. Just my opinion.

BM I also saw Priest in 2011 in Milan - amazing show.Well I am not fan of Steelheart(not the big one) but this dude sang great and now he still can sing good, he deserves respect if not for his music definitelly for his voice !!!
