Also you can slide attack the grouped enemies to build up combo faster without building them on your stat stick.

@@francisindinibotwey840 yea I grinded all of zariman solo with caliban for the bounties and high level enemies while I used xaku for the container and plume farming

baruuk takes some attention to keep restraint down/combo up, so this can slow you down from void cascade mission which occupies your time pretty well. Still totally manageable though if you build and play him right

When you say range over duration, do you mean to tank range instead of duration?

@@StuckTrippin I meant to increase range as much as you can while having duration lower because your sleep will extend further and you can use it more often

No, melee guidance ensures that his Desert Wind doesn't build combo being at - 1 and instead uses the combo from the normal melee, which is the stat stick. On your normal melee is where you would would use corrupt charge, true punishment, gladiator set and or a riven that builds combo fast. The Nira set on warframe and whip melee also work well. Also don't use the gun arcanes that increase melee combo. Naramon makes combo last a long time. I use pillage which shield gates and strips armor. I don't have vastilok but it looked awesome to build combo super fast.

No, because only the set bonus carries over to the exalted weapon, BR and WW will effect the state stick ONLY and will not carry over to the exalted weapon

Melee Guidance Aura

I'm using the same stuff as him. I get my combo up from my stat stick melee, then I use baruuks 4th and I have red crits. When my red crits turn to orange, I go to my melee and get it to 12x again. But it doesn't red crit.... I'm having the exact same problem as you, i don't know why

Same. My numbers goes to 3 at max. This make Gladiator useless for me.

@@wystgun7137 It has to be physically contacted. The projectile damage doesn't count to get the combo multiplier. So rip the Excalibur main also. But Desert Wind is really op. Right now I have 770% status chance with 308% ability damage and that mod for Desert Wind. Also, you get 40% damage reduction which you makes you super tanky.

Baruuk can only build combo from direct hits, and most of his hits are from afar with the waves. Building combo that way doesn't work, I've tried it. Instead use melee guidance to bypass him building combo and let the normal melee do it instead. The normal melee builds combo and depletes slowly with naramon. With this setup it's easy to build the combo with your melee stat stick and then use his 4 and see all the red crits.

@@gokaymaden7412 No you definitely need melee guidance for the negative combo so that his 4 does not build combo. You will be building combo from whatever melee you use. Let's say you use idk dual ether, put all the gladiator mods on with range corrupt charge, true punishment and relentless combo, the point is to build combo with that as a stat stick, you can use a riven too if it helps with combo. Using Naramon will help you lose combo duration slowly and when the combo is at 12x you will basically only see red crits when using his 4th ability desert wind. Don't equip the gun arcanes with combo duration because that messes up desert wind and then it won't be -1 anymore.

So your 4th has negative combo duration, making is unable to reset the already built combo from your melee

@@sharlesdaviskendy2391 I'm pretty sure that's to avoid your melee combo counter from completely decaying since naramon makes it lose a little periodically instead of losing it all at once

@@romeos316 So I'm still not understanding. We run the Aura so that your combo DOESN'T decay, but also run Naramon because the combo DOES decay. You understand my confusion? If the Aura prevents decay, then we don't need Naramon. If the Aura doesn't prevent decay, what DOES it do?

@@sharlesdaviskendy2391 nah basically you have it on to give your baruuk 4th -combo counter so his 4TH ALONE cannot get combo but on your melee you still have combo and naramon will increase its combo time which baruuks 4th uses But If baruuk doesn't have the mod then when you hit with the 4th ,you cancel the melee counter from your melee and use your baruuk counter Hope that makes more sense

The restraint mechanic works from the fact it isnt just pressing 4 and using energy to use it, if it was that he would basically be a reskinned excal or such with small differences in how other abilities work that wouldnt really be enough to set him apart. it makes him unique in a way of how he plays which you may not like and clearly dont but a fair amount of people do like that, not to mention his 4 is stronger than excals for example so it makes sense to gate it behind something more than just energy and by linking it in with his other abilities, plus im all up for another warframe that isnt just press 4 to win. theres enough of those already. though you are right in that he doesnt really work with other players which is just kinda unfortunate though hes not the only frame like that, harrow for example ironically (considering he is supposed to be a team player type of warframe) has the issue of not being able to use most of his abilities well without enemies.

@@WarframeFlo the bow wasn't doing the damage in the video it was your 4th, all you did was change your crit color to red so it looks like your doing the crits but your really not

I have a similar build and it is 100% legit. Try it, it works best with lots of enemies like steel path survival. Also watch AznvasionsPlays or KnightmareFrame, they have builds that are crazy awesome too.

Hi I would love to know your build if you could put it in the comments here 😁. My builds are templates they don't need to be followed exactly I use handspring because I don't have prime sure footed and I gave the reasoning why I use continuity and rolling guard is for status removal as even with 90% damage reduction fire or toxin will delete baruuk,you can also just sheild gate that works really well I use 290% strength plus augmented because I'm planning on subsuming pillage onto his first which is really good

do level cap void cascade and then type again saying you dont need rolling guard. clueless.
