you know....(I am Korean)... there was a sensational semi-final South Korean player in AO open 2018. His name is Hyeon Chung who is out of tennis court for a long time until now. In 2018 AO Open, Chung won against Medvedev at 2nd round, Zverev at 3rd round and Djokovic at 4th round. Those three players are now world number 1, 2 and 3, but his ranking in ATP now something like 400+. I wish he comes back this summer and does match against Medvedev, Zverev and especially Djokovic before he retire.

Medvedev strikes me as a more intelligent player than Tsitsipas already in 2018. He figured out a way to tame that firepower of the Greek and managed to turn the match around in the second set. I also think that these characteristics didn't change much since then. Tsitsipas is known more for his great ballstriking ability, and Medvedev for his smart play, in my opinion. Will then Fortune favor the brave ("the little kid who doesn't know how to fight") or the wise ("bullshit Russian") on Friday?

I have the same impression. Here it's more powerful, more solid. Nowdays he doesn't try to get under the ball as much, the trajectory of the arm is more flat and the spin comes mainly from the forearm/hand brushing quickly through the ball. IMHO this is due to Mouratoglou's ideas... which are contradictory with what you see in Wawrinka's backhand, the best of all
