I love that elvis with a box off the top - taking that. Some of the other comments are interesting. Step is my favorite workout and if someone hasn't really given it a try, they won't understand that you have to break down the moves. If you go right into the moves it can be confusing even for regulars. The breakdown can seem boring if you're not taking the class but it's such an important part of the workout. The music is also great! THANKS for sharing!

Muy buena clase me recuerdo cuando yo lo hacía hoy no puedo x desgrasia me di mucha artritis y frimomalgia desde mis 40 años ya voy a cumplír 50 me encanta el ejercicio con step la muchacha es muy guapa para haserlo

Nice choreography but camera should be facing you head on so it's easier to follow. I'm experienced in step but found it hard to follow 6 minutes into it especially when you stopped cueing.

The routine is nice but what's with all the head, hair, and body bobbing and weaving?? It's distracting, exaggerated, and not pretty. Your core is supposed to be stable. And I agree with the earlier comment, you need new pants! They invented Lululemon for you. I like the kick/spin move.

That's a bit unfair. I've been teaching step for 21 years and that choreography is NOT boring in my opinion. I find all step music annoying, even my own, what do you use?

Sorry, that is the my opinion. I just don't like it. You should try step with my trainer. He is from Brasil. I prefer a much more varied steps, but if you like it, enjoy it.

tu coroegrafia esta buena pero no entras en tiempo musical entras por la mitad de tiempo, y eso hace q tu coreografia este fuera de tiempo y se vea desordenada evalua esos puntos, puliendo esos pequeños detalles estará mucho mejor, saludos. eres buena en lo q haces .😉

sefora israel creo q se equivoco d video, el titulo lo dice, "step coreografico" si busca rutinas para trabajo especifico d musculos, busque rutinas multifuncionales, insanity, croosfit etc etc... la escensia del step coreo es esto y punto!
