Sir I have stifness in my neck from 1 month I go to doctor he said only stifness so please give any exercise to solve I have stifness in same neck muscle

My whole right SCM muscle is a bit swollen and there’s a feeling of ear clogged, just the right side. Any idea what could it be ? Thanks in advance.

@@bhupendrasingharora6183 yes but that was couple years ago. Back in 2015, met with an accident, got 5 stitches at the back of the head.

@@purneetkaur9808 even I got it checked, dr said it looks normal but it doesn’t feel as such…well, for me, swelling subsides and shows up only when sitting in an uncomfortable position while working on a computer…what about you ?
