Triger points kitny time main khatam ho sakta hy agr daily release krwyia jaiy. I have both sides of neck .when therapist does pressure or elbow moves around that triger ppints like a small hrd ball moves.

Dear sir .. Mujhe pichhle 2 sal se back pe trigger point ki problem h 2 se 3 bar injection liya but exercise continue nhi ho ska mujhse or abhi ye problem neck tak aa gyi h plz suggest me mujhe kya krna chaiye .. Or kya isse koi bdi disease ka khatra reta h ?

May be you are suffering from Myofascial pain syndrome. So for this you have to plan stretching program on daily basis with the guidance of a Physio.

Sir mere hubby ko lower back mai over load lene se 2 sec ka shooting pain aata h aur mri mai khuc bbi nai aata 1 saal se bhut pareshan h bhit dr ko dikhaya wo khuc samjh ni pate kya ye hi reason h iska aur treatment batao
