Agar apka liver fit hai and rest of the body me bhi koi problem nahi hai to nonstop use kar sakte, I usually use it for 10-11 months non-stop and 1-2 month ka gap.

Blood test karwao and report doctor ko dikha ke confirm karo ki body 100% healthy hai, koi bhi existing health issue nahi hai. Then creatine use kar sakte. also water intake around 4-6 liters daily rakho. And koi bad habits nahi honi chahiye - for example -- smoking, drinking etc.
