Really? 1. Planning ahead: Makes you actually committed to doing something. 2.Rest assured: Getting a decent amount of sleep. 3. Brain games: Solving puzzles, etc is one of the best things you can do for both the short and long term health of your "brain" If you take away the goofiness of his suggestions for each tasks. These are actually pretty good ideas for battling depression.

He truly is his own man, and has artfully rejected modernity and a society of sycophants. Brule has even defeated major depressive disorder with his raw emotional chaos. How can you even be sad or mentally ill when your whole life is a fluid (expelling), abstract adventure in which a new day isn't just a new episode, but essentially an entirely new show? Even HE doesn't know entirely what's he's thinking. Perhaps perhaps a more refined GG Allin, if you will. Remember: "I don't have to say anything: I'm a doctor too."
