I'm 51 now. And as I always say, this is my first time growing older...the things I've noticed 💀👀😳 If you're in your 20's/30's and you're reading this, lemme tell you... As you enter your 40's, illness begins *outta nowhere* (not for everyone, but for a lotta folks) 🤷‍♂️ Autoimmune issues begin surfacing (WTF?!?!)..heart attacks 💔📉..even cancer, etc. *DIET* is *THE* most important factor in living a healthy (and long) life 💯 And the secret to healthy eating is simply *making food taste good* Quick example.. Simplest breakfast in life 🙌 is a smoothie! *It's also the easiest way to get fresh greens in on a daily basis* (without having to eat a salad, etc). I do blueberries, banana, NATURAL peanut butter, arugula (my favorite green!), rolled oats and protein powder blended with filtered water--quick, delicious, nutritious energy ⚡💪 I party, too, on occasion 🍸🍕...but I eat sensibly most of the time. Balance (80/20) is crucial for being able to maintain. I plan to stay vibrant and healthy looking for as long as I can 💯😄 Do NOT take you're health for granted! Good luck, Y'all 🤞✌
