Hello, Sir. Hope you're staying healthy during this global pandemic. Quick question. What are your vocal tips and recommendations for self-care, please? In the past, I've been singing in public (karaoke) and my sinuses seem to drop right down the back of my throat literally as I'm singing. I've actually been able to sing past this gross event without allowing it to interrupt my performance too much. I don't usually have allergies and problems breathing or anything like that but it seems to happen the most when I'm very nervous. Thoughts?
