It’s another beautiful day and today we are going to master how to make Chile rellenos just in case you still can’t make them to perfection! A good Chile rellenos has to have the best filling and of course the egg batter this is a recipe that was passed down to me, from my great grandma to my grandma to my mom to me and now not only to my daughter but to you too! Ingredients: 6 servings
6 Chile poblanos
2 lbs queso Oaxaca
3 tbsp APF plus more for dusting
Oil for frying
6 eggs at room temp
1/2 tsp salt
For the salsa:
4 roma tomatoes
5 Chile arbol
2 chile serranos
3 garlic cloves
1/4 onion
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp chicken bouillon
Salt to taste
1 cup water
For the stuffing:
1/2 onion finely chopped
2 rom tomatoes finely chopped
1-2 jalapeños or serranos finely chopped
1 serving of love💕
