Thanks so much for these tips! I really like the one about showering and then cleaning the bathroom. It reminds me of the concept of 'Habit Stacking' from James Clear's book Atomic Habits. I love being able to do 'two things at once'; it feels so satisfying 😊

Ahhh decluttering purging it feels so goood!!! i have as little stuff as possible in my home and it makes me feel so peaceful and having calming surroundings is crucial for my anxiety. I love your channel and your content so inspiring.

Bed Bath and beyond used to be my pleasure. Now I have gotten rid of 80% of the stuff that I used to think brought me joy. I now have more time to do what I want to do in life instead of having the silent to do list. Less is so much better
