Riding a ZORB down a waterfall / rockslide will go down in our minds as one of the most outrageous things we did in New Zealand. When combined with the Skyline Luge, Blokarts and Drift Trikes this part of the adventure proposal was a big time favorite.
These activities are all part of what we call the "triangle of awesome" in the North Island which is made up of three locations, Rotorua, Papamoa and Gisborne. Big thank you to the amazing "never grow up" businesses that made this video possible:

I hope I'm doing the same ridiculous things when I'm 80 and 90. And if I happen to die as a result it's probably a good way to go!

It's 40 minutes west of Gisborne. It's called Rere Rockslide.

Your crazy adventures are inspiring me because I fell in love with NZ as well but I reckon that your camera equipment is not suitable for such craziness.:) I kick out on Ebay my heavy 5Diii, glued GoPro to front car glass and replaced it with osmo and A7Rii. No more Canon!!!

Nice, I still have the 5D and GoPro for most things and also use the G7x for vlogging and when we don't want to carry the 5d. I'm waiting for Sony to release the a7Riii before considering switching. Hopeing for 4K at 60fps.
