In the second innings, Ben Stokes went from 4(12) to 101(91). I think he forgot it was a Test match.

The best part was, when stokes arrived, Cook was 98 of 200, after stokes smashed 101 of 92 balls, Cook was 122 of 267 balls. He had made 24 in 67 balls, SR: 35.82, while stokes had a SR: of 109.78. Cook's 162 often gets overshadowed but it was a very important knock.
