To follow up on the video on self-massage of the stomach, I propose to discover how to relax / soothe / deflate the stomach through 3 exercises :
- a spinal mobilization in connection with the stomach (there is indeed a specific area of the spine that has a connection with this organ)
- a myofascial stretching which allows to relieve the stomach
- a kneading exercise of the organs.
Dosage
Exercise n°1 : 10 repetitions flexion/extension/rotation
Exercise n°2 : 5 repetitions
Exercise n°3 : 10 repetitions right and left
