Hugin is the "thought" and Munin is the "memory." Both were sent at dawn to collect information and returned in the afternoon. They perched on the god's shoulders and whispered all the news into his ears. The spear of Odin is also named. Gungnir or Gungner was Odin's spear. The word means production of a violent tremor or shaking, as it supposedly shook anyone who was struck by it vividly. According to mythology, it was made by the sons of Ivald (the dwarves), and was given to Odin by Loki in compensation for stealing Sif's hair. Sif was the wife of the god thor. Odin launches onto the battlefield wearing a golden helmet, glowing armor, and his Gungnir spear. The word "gægogæ" appears to be a kind of magical invocation or battle cry present in a 5th century medallion / coin inscription, and is comparable to the "g͡ag͡ag͡a" of the Spear of Kragehul I, which is also believed to be a war cry or chant. Highly recommended you listen to their performance(same concert) of Hamrer Hipye and their studio song called “Traust.” Pretty much all of their performances at LIFA are worth reacting to. Secondly if you want a bit more melodic and musical(less ritual like) I cannot recommend Wardruna enough. Their live performance or “Helvegen ft. Aurora” would probably be a good start if you’re interested.

You're not wrong about the ritual thing. This song in particular is listing the names of the allfather, more commonly known as odin. Their entire performance is like one big ritual you get to take part in. Alot of their songs take their lyrics from runic enscriptions found on the eggja stone, or from ancient nordic texts such as the völuspá, and the havamal. If you do wanna check them out more, try "In maidjan". It's very melodic, and really shows how talented the lead femal vocalist is. You should also check out "Hamrer Hippyer" by them if you wanna partake in a "viking rave". Also, if you're wondering bout the pronunciation, it's read like "High Lung" or "High loong"
