Absolute genius. Charge the customer for labor and materials and instead of paying for labor... charge your labor calling it Vocational Training. Zero overhead and collecting from both ends.

Is she it’s not labor if nobody knows what they’re doing when I do training I train people to do what I do my crew and I can do the job without any trainees at all so when I do a training class they’re actually there to learn I do not need their unskilled labor they’re there to learn there’s no other way to train or teach anybody so you’re cynical perception of this is not even close and I still have to pay for all the materials never last we do a good job for people that like to work that we do do you want to come to the training come on down I certainly don’t need your labor or cynicism

@@Lurncretetraining Your older videos like this one do .not specify that the training is free and that you are peddling product instead. Your newer videos specify this, your older ones like this one DO NOT. I have since seen some of your newer videos. So rather than politely setting the record straight you become abrasive, defensive and rude right out the gate. Thank you for showing the entire server what an insecure child you really are.

I would think with the cement so thick and such a long run that there would be many big cracks also no weep holes.I did see a guy drilling small holes. these guys are highly skilled great workers. I guess they think it will not crack

Nice work and labor intensive. How do you keep the concrete from not hardening and workable? Also the concrete doesn’t seem to slump. It stands up just fine.

Looks like they use a mortar mix, not a concrete gravel mix.

Yes we have a product called wall builder which gives the concrete up to 9 percent air entrainment we have projects up here in New Hampshire which are more than 17 years old and still look great.

Ive seen this done before , i think its more grout than concrete . Be curious about longevity with little rebar , no footing, and looks like they set it on loam.

This is in New Hampshire check out my video that is titled how are the walls and you’ll see walls that have been there over 15 years and are perfectly fine so don’t make a judgment less you really know what’s going on

@@Lurncretetraining If 2 years is your metric for a successful concrete wall, then you have proven my previous statement to be correct. A well made concrete retaining wall should last 50+ years.

Why only rio bar, albeit tiny in the waterfall wall? What about the tons of concrete in the floor? I guess When that slab cracks horrendously, and it will, it won’t look out of place with sculptured rock.
