On the breathing out do I still breathe out through my nose ??
@thebuteykomethod

Yes, breathe in and out through the nose to avoid over-breathing (which feeds into panic). Breathe gently and quietly. In fact, breathe in and out through the nose 24/7 to help reduce symptoms of panic attacks in the longer term. I have been noticing over the past few years I have become a mouth breather and anxiety crept back into panic attacks. All day today and yesterday I have shut my mouth. I feel so much more relaxed! I used a tiny sliver of scotch tape since I work form home. That helped!

Amazing! Mouth breathing puts so much stress on the body and bypasses the 30 functions of the nose. Keep going with the nasal breathing 24/7!
