INSTRUCTIONS
Listen to the track at a comfortable volume, with or without headphones. The subliminal does not need to be played loudly, but it does need to be audible. Avoid listening to other things simultaneously such as TV, music, or any medium where you can hear someone else talking or singing, as this can reduce the effectiveness of the subliminal. Try to put yourself into a positive and relaxed state of mind before listening. Take deep breaths, and keep well hydrated.
Subliminal affirmations can cause drowsiness and inattention. Never listen while driving, operating machinery or engaging in other potentially dangerous activities which require your full attention. It is best to listen while relaxing or while engaging in passive, relaxing activities such as reading or studying. You do not need to watch the screen to benefit from this recording.
Consistency is key. For best results, listen every day, preferably at the same time each day, for a minimum of 2-4 weeks. Once per day is sufficient. Results are highly individual, and some people begin to experience positive changes much sooner than others, but for full and long lasting results, it is recommended that you listen for 4-12 weeks.

This is working so fast. I was going through chronic boredom and I was so bored that I couldn’t focus for 2 seconds, not even games are exciting me. After researching, I’ve discovered that chronic boredom happens when the brain is stressed and is trying to find something to ease the stress, causing you to overstimulate yourself with things you can’t focus on due to the stress. Chronic boredom also happens during depression (which I have) It all makes sense now.

this is so excellent. I have been searching for a subliminal to be more mentally engaged and enthusiastic. I am coming to see that it is all tied in to the apathetic mindset that I adopted as a kid, and am now trying to become more "awake" and engaged in all aspects of my life. I was at the point where I didn't care about putting in the effort to improve myself. I can see that all these mental issues are due to my depressing myself in my thinking. So other than this video, do you have anything for being a more enthusiastic energetic minded person, and to be more engaged/focused in life? This is a really video, and I feel it will also help me to be more extroverted and charismatic person, thanks for your work.

So, is there an "average" amount of time it takes to listen to these messages before there's a noticeable result, or is it largely dependent on the individual?

Since these audios work by changing your thought patterns and beliefs, success is highly individual and dependent on a number of factors in your life, which may either help or hinder your results. Given this, an average would be very difficult to measure. In some respects it's like therapy; some people start seeing positive changes almost immediately after starting to see a therapist, while others can go for a long time and have no progress at all. I personally recommend listening regularly for at least 2 weeks, but some sources say a minimum of 30 days. Of course there are always people who report getting good results much more quickly, but again, this is very individual and impossible to predict. You can improve your chances by listening at the same time each day, preferably first thing in the morning, last thing before going to bed, or while sleeping, as those are the times when the mind is most receptive to hypnotic suggestion But ultimately, most people need to figure out for themselves, through trial and error, what works best for them. I think that's pretty common, especially if you are young. As long as you aren't doing anything dangerous or very risky I don't think it's a problem.

LOL well the video itself is not meant to be entertaining. 😆 The idea is to listen to it in the background while you engage in other activities or while you are sleeping, and over time, the subliminal messages can help train your subconscious mind to feel less bored with life in general. Sometimes subliminals can have the opposite effect to begin with, a way of clearing the issue before you can gain something new. I listened to a cleaning motivation sub for a while and at first it just made me tired, I guess my body needed a rest to be able to do what I wanted it to do. Maybe you feel more bored because you need to search inside yourself a little more to find the fun and interesting things

Hey can you do for the following and attracting the following combo subliminal. Lets the with first half: attracting - Having fair and equal Access including unlimted usage to Animes and anime movies from japan that apparently Premium subscibers dont have to Access to either due to region block or some bullshit. - attracting websites and resources to to be able to download any form of entertainment media - having a much easier and quicker access to any form or format of media of entertainment such as Japanese anime, american animes the good ones and hidden gems,movies, music, digital manga and ligjt novels and so much more stuff with the option of being able to download it asap. As for the removing part of the combo: - fomo: Fear Of Missing Out like when stores,websites and etc say " get it right now or you might miss out due to whatever bullshit tactic they pull to get people to buy cause of fear they miss out or run out of supplies - this 1 really annoys me too especially the whole thing when people or etc try to make something a members only club or some secret society thing. For example i want to watch A Japanese anime and or anime movie from japan.but none of the Premium services seem to have it for whatever reason.either due to regional blocks, government laws that prevent it from having access to watch it or buy or whatever reason. So lets say there are alternatives to watch it and or buy it including download it for free but theres is a extra problem either my friends, relatives or etc know where i can watch it and or download for free but make it seem like a members only club where only selected individuals are told where to go. This really annoys me and pisses me off
