You also need to wait a very long time for the right person. If you keep settling out of loneliness, you're going to miss out on someone better. Raise your standards and walk away if someone disrespects you. I know people who didn't marry until they're in their 40's or 50's because they waited for the right one and they're the happiest people I know.

I suffer from severe anxiety, it keeps me locked in my home for days on end sometimes. When I need to do something or go somewhere, its a trip in the car, quick, hope nobody looks at me, home - safe! I listened to this video yesterday, listening to it again today. I took a deep breath walked out my door, and went on a big walk outside, it was difficult, I kept telling myself in my head, I love you unconditionally, you don't need to appear a certain way, I love you just as you are, it was the best feeling ever. I'm listening to this again and will go on a big walk again. It will get easier and I hope I can start to believe I am enough, I don't need to hide.

Though I was unwanted & recieved hatred from my family I was somehow filled with love myself. Sure I felt very lonely at times but even when I was as young as seven years old, I somehow became aware that there were other children like me, who did not have a Mummy or Daddy that loved them. I thought of those children & would lay in my bed at night sending those children love & hoping that things would go well for them & trying to tell them somehow that they were & are not completely alone. I still have that love inside me & still send people love & positivity. I am amazed that this wonderful love is there inside me & has been all that time.

I'm single because I choose to be. There is no law that says you have to be with someone to have value. I have learned that a lot of men have no idea what it takes to be men. Why is that? Because their fathers were not around to teach them. Therefore it is not that I am "less than". It is because their father took the easy way out and left their mother. Sad situation, but something you learn to deal with. Just know your Creator sees it all, and has your back. Rely on Him, and you won't be used, abused and discarded, ever.

While the statement is true, it’s often practiced in a way that creates resistance. When you give love with the hopes of having it returned, your motivation is skewed and you won’t feel it. When you tell yourself that you’re lovable as you are, that you are enough, that energy is so empowering, and you receive love from the outside too.

According to my experience in the Eastern World the "conditional love" is even more obvious. Most parents scold and even beat their children if the children havent got high enough scores at school. You know this is so amazing, and also fascinating. We always think the 1st person who comes along is the one, and for some they are lucky and it is, but there's nothing wrong with you if it isn't. I always thought my baggage would be too much for someone, but I'm in therapy and sifting through it. Sometimes you are your own knight in shining armour. I always wondered how I could be almost 30 and single, and what it meant about how the world saw me. Unworthy of a second look, messy and boring, but that's not true it's just the way i see myself. Damn I heard the message from my dad growing up and just assumed the whole world saw me that way, but that's not true either. Someone will turn up, and until then I'm going to keep doing me. I'm constantly in horrible relationships where men are abusive, lie, cheat etc...and I understand that sometimes I'm the issue too bcuz I'm very insecure and jealous based on past experiences! I recently chose to sit with my loneliness instead of always trying to look outward I'm over being mistreated and made to believe I'm never enough and I'm also over treating the good ones like crap bcuz I do have deep seeded issues. Almost always you got an insight into things rather too late than too early and we all know you can´t get just a second back of wasted time, love, whatever. Selflove, Self-respect, self-esteem should be taught to everyone from early childhood on to prevent struggle later with all that problems in life. How many life stories are destroyed by that bundle of inner conflicts that stop developing a fulfilling life.

Being physically attractive as a woman can bring out deep seeded insecurities in other people both Men and Women. People are generally not happy with themselves they see beauty as an unfair advantage. Especially Men. Men are initially attracted to beauty but then they can have contempt that a beautiful woman may get continual attention. This continual attention from the general public can exhaust a man as he feels like he can't keep up. Or he becomes angry if he is a narcissist. Women can also act jealous and hateful toward physically beautiful women as well. The way the brain sometimes works is odd... it looks for flaws in perfection and conversely it looks for beauty in imperfection. I noticed insecure men m chase after physically beautiful often looking for validation. Then the get disillusioned when they realize they cant possess a person. I noticed much older men treat beautiful women with more respect then this generation from 30 to 50 year olds.

Actually everybody wants to be beautiful and wants to be around beautiful people. And most beautiful people I know are loved and cherished. It also depends on your own level of consciousness at what you're attracting from the world and what vibes you're putting out. If a beautiful woman is putting out the vibe that she is hottie and arrogant and better than others and is a shallow person then of course she's going to attract mostly jealousy and contempt. And if she thinks that her looks she can manipulate men then of course men are going to be contemptuous towards her. The goal is to be beautiful outside and beautiful inside. Beauty has a lot to do with character. And if you use your gift of beauty to send the message of Harmony love and noble virtues then it is definitely well received. We can see how much we adore movie stars and gorgeous people in this world. And actually in heaven beauty is one of the rewards for goodness.

@@sarahmk2966I agree completely with you that cultivating inner character is a priority for true beauty. Developing a spiritual self is also another factor in staying grounded and glowing from within. But Men are socially, biologically and neurologically wired to recognize and be attracted to physical traits in women that exemplify biological health, aka symmetry= healthy offspring. However, now more than ever I find that many Men secretly scorn and envy the societal advantages beautiful women have in life. Handsome, confident Men are also validating themselves with sexual conquests at an unprecedented levels and many of them will pursue beautiful women with the intent to do damage. There is definitely a growing misogynistic mindset that I never experienced in my 20's. Im in my 50's now but look like Im in my 30's so I have a bird's eye view to how things have changed. When men approach me and think Im 35 Im horrified most of the time with how forward they are sexually and cruel and dismissing they are when rejected. I'm also speaking from my experience in NYC ---a place where Men are mesmerized by the paradox of beautiful sexual options. So many superficially beautiful, and sexually open women brings out the worst in eligible men. I don't mean to be pessimistic but its heartbreaking to see the world of relationships turn so shallow so fast. I just want young women to protect themselves and their hearts and realize that if they really want happy healthy partnership with men in the future that they have a responsibility to help direct Men with their behavior toward more Nobel behavior before giving it all away.

Actually, I don’t mind being single. And I see myself as loveable, today. But being single is not a punishment, it is freedom. Unless you meet someone better than freedom. It’s rare, but sometimes it happens. I’m so happy I haven’t married some idiot.

My appreciation💕 We have to see too how the religions implied this believe: we are all born in sin, something in us is not right from the beginning....
@lorrainefranklin-lewis6315

Hi, just a thought for you to consider... certain religious people may present their beliefs in a distorted way which has a negative impact on others, and that's a shame. But people do that in general, they don't have to be religious to hurt others with their words. I have known God to be a true father to me, he's shown me how he loves me over the years, regardless of how I behave. I've been a Christian for almost 40 years, growing in faith, teaching and sharing my successes and failures so nobody thinks I'm perfect or that my life is easy, I have to resist those temptations to be selfish or fearful or judgmental the same as you do so I can lead a healthy, happy life. I understand what it means to be imperfect, but the real message of Christianity is that we're loved unconditionally by God and always will be, and he says we're worth that amazing commitment. So yes we're born in sin, which means imperfect, just look at babies and children having tantrums 😁 but God wants to be a good supportive parent and if we let him into our messes he'll help us work it out. He helps us overcome our brokenness, and makes it into a beautiful victory. Hope that helps you today, friend 👋

Thank You, Marisa! I Am Love. It is very sad when people aren't able to accept that they are lovable, and cannot trust because of all their trauma. We may play the Original Trauma over and over in our heads and hearts until everyone fits that roll of Offender, Perpetrator in our lives. When I fall into the old ways of, I am unlovable, I return to Spirit and my Original State of BEING. I AM LOVE.

I hate dating apps and dating sites. My refusal to use them may be keeping me single but I know from experience that I can use a dating site or app and stay single anyway. I am not going to “get with the program” and internet date just because that’s what so many people do these days.

lol i know why.in fact knowing that my childhood was abusive and my parents are toxic made me even more sad and depressed than when i assumed it was normal and all kids are raised like this. in fact i fell into depression during my bachelor when for the first time opened up about it to some "friends' and they all were saying how they miss their loving family and how their fathers are kind and supportive and their mom never has a borderline disorder..before i knew it was not normal i was stronger and not victimized

I came from a family that pushed me to better and not for anyone else but for me. When I was young I thought its natural to and good to have family to put out things that need to be correct, and most times as humans we don't always teach in away that's I guess your way ,life in this mundane world and that mean and parents, teacher all have their way of teaching, Doesn't mean they don't love us because they scream some sense into us....we don't come in this world knowing anything!?! The different ways we're thought is pretty much the same across the board. ...jus like your try to teach us that how we grew up was BAD. We are strong humans and we get over it and move on even when abuse was experienced. You really make sound like we are all hopeless unless we where raised perfect. Not even you were raised perfectly, by your own admission!!, yet you got over it beautifully...we'll all of us adults and children will be perfect too....just like you with out being program that there's something wrong ins6of us !?!?...I think you a not helpful at all...its more like your teach us to depend on your way of teaching...well save sister, you not capitalizing on me+!! Unless you can help us poor broken peoples with a large weekly allowance of money and a good education, That 99.9% of our problem in this mundane world as everyone can now see!! Money, reading, writing, that's all we need,!! Yes!, it does buy happiness,! . You can't live a day without out it ,you can even buy a bottle of water with out a dollar...if you really want to useful, teach us something on how to make our government pay their people more then $7.20 per hour nationally, and all those money they steal from is and give to other countries so they can get a kick back!! All of the problems in this world revolves around inequality... if we all had the same money as the kings, nights , we won't have a problem. ..all problems evolve from lack of money!..all , maybe, you never were taught to see it this way !?!? No money, no education, no food. No clothes. No. Friends, no family,, no fixing anything without out money!!! For you. People out there find ways to get money , and your problems will go away ...! ....And I guarantee you'll be able to buy conference too!!!

I love myself and I will not let a sinister person tells me that ... with out someone loving me I'm nothing, or brainwashing me to believe Its was my bringing up !! No!! It's the Government!! It Was Not ... My parents, or my brother picking on me ... all brothers do this. Its It's our government!!! First makes you poor and your parents... and then it all goes to hell ....leav8us to go to a therapist, and pay for something they program us to believe so they can keep using and Abusing the people!! You dont even know and are not aware of that probably!? ....most likely!? No money for their people...yet, they sen ' five billion' to just one country ... yearly.!!! ..that's the real problem. Stop capitalizing by way of putting the blame on our parents or lack there of.... !?! Look at the real picture.. and I for one and never going buy you bullshit!!!!

Have a care television & movies will broadcast beauty more charming than nature, and describe happiness that never exists. The entertainment tries to teach you to sigh after that which has no reality, to despise the little good that is granted you in this world and to expect more than is given.
